To be honest since taking casodex my psa went down other than that I have no change at all

While I await my latest PSA results, I need to find out why my back, particularly along the spine, hurts so much, with almost nothing that helps. The pain radiates arbitrarily across my lower back, then up to under one shoulder blade or the other, and sometimes both. This pain radiates around the rib cage creating a "pulling" feeling into the chest, often causing related discomfort in the stomach area (not nausea). The achiness is fairly constant, although moving up and down and around the back. It isn't helped by my position or by rest. I am also experiencing growing distressful fatigue, where I'm losing interest in doing almost anything. I need to sleep (or try to) most afternoons or evenings for a while before bed time. This is all not only painful but disruptive. Also, my nipples are tender/sore to the touch, and may be enlarging. I have been treated for Prostate cancer (PSA 267!) with 12 weeks of radiation coupled with a six-month shot of Eligard. After the 12 weeks of treatment, my PSA was a .06. It was recommended I take three more shots, but the hot-flash side effect was extreme, often not allowing me to attend meetings or be social as requested. The Casodex treatment has replaced that treatment, and I'm in the third month of it.
