18 Sep 2015 I took one pill and make the constipation worse. I never take another pill again.

05 Feb 2013 After taking dulcolax I noticed severe pains in my joint. Now when I walk I actually hear my knee joint grinding against itself...it's frightening also stiffness and ramping in my other joints and muscles as well as wight gain.

24 Jan 2013 this drug is dangerous and recklessly marketed as being very 'gentle' - which prompted me to try it. it's potential side effects are NOT listed on the box, and all of it's marketing tag lines are extremely misleading to the extent that they are outright LIES. dulcolax made me extremely ill for over 24 hours off of ONE adult dose. i would not recommend this drug to anyone and think it needs a major overhaul when it comes to disclosure of it's

02 Dec 2012 Having consistent issues with constipation (from other meds), I tried this med on 3 separate occasions. Ever single time I took it, it cause indescribable abdominal pain.... never mind the explosive diarrhea. This last episode was so bad that truly thought I would wind up in the emergency room.... my stomach still hurts going on 48hrs later. It stuns me that the FDA would even allow this med on the market. The worse part about it is that you'll go through this agony until the meds make their way out of your system....12-24hrs later, which can be an eternity if you're in a lot of pain. In short...be VERY careful with this med!

15 Mar 2012 It worked for the constipation, though it took 12 hours. The gas and stomach pain was unbearable. The actual BMs are not so gentle at all. I have had two so far on two different days. In the meantime, I am suffering from the gas and stomach pain until the medicine finishes the job. I honestly don't recommend using this drug. Find something less painful.
