06 Mar 2013 I have been generally happy with the femring. I have developed relatively severe OA in feet, hands and back and it's frightened me. I am looking for answers. Also weight gain has been a problem and for the first time in my life I can't get it off. I would like to know when I can go off femring and not have severe hot flashes.

09 Nov 2012 Hot flashes were severe and often. Counted 10 one night. Took 1 mg ring and immediately, hot flashes stopped. After 3 years, asked to go to .05 since I am getting older. Still no major problem noticed. A great product.
