11 Jul 2012 fish oil is very helpful for heart health espacially after you reach age 35. my doctor recomend me to take daily.

16 Mar 2012 My hair was falling out dramatically. It looked almost dead. Then after 2 days of fish oil i start noticing diffrents. I took them for a month and my hair grew the same amount if i didnt take fish oil for 8 months. It is a miracle.
