I believe ibu tab is a nonsterodial inflammatory type of medication used to relieve pain and swelling in various areas of the body. This works by blocking the enzyme in the body that makes up prostagladins, which is to inhibit pain and swelling altogether.Once the drug is taken you feel like your pain is relieved,yet drowsiness seems to settle in and make your body aware of some changes. Internally the chemicals churn to figure out what the foreign substance is, the nervous system is becoming very active, and externally you then require rest as one who has been sleep deprived!
