Horrible! I switched to Jolivette about a year ago (2015) after being on a 3month brand, which caused me to have my cycle for almost all of those 3months. At first with jolivette I loved it my cycle was normal to barely there at times but as time went on my mental state got extremely bad, crying all the time over nothing, unable to get out of bed, always in constant fear, panick attacks, diagnosed with extreme anxiety, bad ance all over my body which i've rarely ever had ance before, had bad insomnia the week of my cycle along with bad mood swings. I would be driving to work and on the verge of a breakdown, left work because of a breakdown, passed out a few times from the extreme anxiety/panick attacks. It has been only 3 days off Jolivette and I already feel a little better, my mood been really good, i know its still early but I really think all my symptons came from Jolivette. I've always delt with depression and anxiety but nothing so bad that i had to be on medication. Now i'm on 2 medications for the anxiety/panick attacks, another one for memory and attention, and 2 vitamins prescribed by my doctor. I will update this review after 3 months to see if all my symptoms are really from Jolivette.

Horrible. Have been on it this go around for 2 weeks. I have broken out in acne all over my face, gained 6 pounds literally overnight, my throat has felt swollen for 2 days and my stomach is horribly bloated. I am taking this for endometriosis, and frankly I would rather keep dealing with it than taking these pills. I was on them years ago before my kids were born and did not notice these issues.

ACNE! Horrible red bumps on my forehead and chin where my skin used to be perfect. It's a weird kind of acne too - the bumps rise but never break - they just sit there and harden and no amount of cleansing will remove them. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Too much androgen in this pill for me - it has one of the lowest doses too. I think I must be very sensitive to every kind of drug, because I have issues with every kind of birth control pill. Jolivette also gives me painful, swollen breasts and odd lumps, and I haven't had a period since I started taking it 6 months ago - very frightening. And my hair is still falling out! No thanks. Going to take my chances and try the natural method from now on.
