18 Apr 2011 My child was given an adult dose every 28 days for 9 months and now has Osteopenia, low D levels (22) and several other bone issues that have made her disable. There are no doctors that will validate that the overdose cased her problems. She was a very active, normal child before this happen. Stay AWAY from this drug at all cost!!

16 Feb 2012 My daughter is 7 years old and has been diagnosed with CPP and her doctor wants to start her on. Lupron Depot - ped 7.5mg monthly. What dose was your daughter on? Is she still being affected by the side effects of it? Thanks, Another Mommy
