13 Oct 2012	Side effects from Salafalk Mesalazine enaemas are bad after 5 days. Got a headache in the middle of the night, it lasted all the next day. Nausea, felt like vomiting. 30 Sep 2011	I haven't had a severe 'flare-up' of ulcerative colitis since I have been taking mesalizine but I find the side effects really out-weigh the benefits.
