Pseudoephedrine has so far been the only effective decongestant for me, which I really need to use continuously. Due to concerns about its misuse, pharmacies can't sell it on its own, and some smaller hospitals don't even it available either. So, at times I might have to use this combination which is available OTC. Since triprolidine is such a strong sedative, there's no chance of doing so daytime, though, and even if taken before going to bed, it'll be very difficult to wake up at the usual time.
