User Comments about Pyridium
11 Sep 2011 I was recently prescribed Pyridium and Bactrum after developing a urinary tract infection. A physicians assistant from Med Express prescribed pyridium to be taken three times a day and Bactrum twice a day. After the thrid day I started to experience severe stomache pains after taking my single pyridium pill with lunch. The pain was so severe that I had to contact an on call physician at a local hospital to see if I should take further action to ensure that I did not have a kidney infection. The physican ordered for me to discontinue the use of Pyridium and continue taking Bactrum. I have since not experience any stomache discomfort.

14 Jun 2010 I'm very happy that my doctor prescribed me Pyridium. It started working very quickly and I really noticed a difference. My UTI was gone within a few days.

25 May 2010 Sometimes the pyridium works very well and other times it will do nothing at all besides turn my urine orange and cause severe cramping.
