I have taken tysabri 3 times and every time my body is more off like arm and leg pain .The first time i hade a reaction to the medication.I do not see any changes in my ms symptoms .

Been absolutely fabulous. Rate of relapse is down almost 100% since I was put on it.

I did not notice any changes at the beginning of any Tysabri treatments. When I look at what I can do now and when I started taking the medication it has greatly improved my physical and motor skills greatly. As of right now I do notice a big difference in my strength and balance.

This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

I love this drug. I look forward to my infusion every month. First infusion went in unable to walk, in a wheelchair. At infusion 6 walking alright with no aid.
