14 Sep 2011 Since I have started Ultram ER, I can sleep better through the night and actually fall asleep faster than before and stay asleep with no tossing and turning and feel better when i awake and not like I've been through a roller coaster ride. I feel rested and refreshed. I can function all day at work and actually concentrate on work and be more productive rather than thinking about my lower back and knee pain keeping focused on my work. If I don't eat vegetables and take a mild laxative twice a week I will get mildly constipated but overall much more functional, productive and pleasant to be around.
