14 Jun 2018 Has really helped with sinus allergies and that's about it. I've been having horrible joint pain...hands, elbows, back and neck, knees, and feet since starting xyzal. I have discontinued use and already feel better.

08 Jan 2018 My dermatologist put me on this after I had scabies and I guess my skin was still reacting. It's been over 2 months (since scabies) now and even on Xyzal I still have the pin pricks and itchiness. However, it has made it to where I can sleep at night. I'm just now finishing up my second box 5mg and about 2 weeks ago I started feeling hemorrhoids coming on. Not horrible yet, but really scarred to take anymore. It's either pin pricks and itchiness or hemorrhoids. They both are horrible. May have to call doc. tomorrow and see if he can switch me. The only other medication I have taken in the past that gave me hemorrhoids was Valium. I hate to fly in airplanes, so I got 2 or 3 for the trip and OMG! Never again... they were the worst hemorrhoids ever.

18 May 2012 effective when it comes to relieving allergies, however I have some sleep problems, I sleep poorly, wake up early and can't go back to sleep, I feel exhausted all day and for me that disadvantage is much worse than my allergy

16 Jul 2012 Have your iron checked. After taking this drug I became anemic. Have your ferritin checked. My hemoglobin was normal but my ferritin was low.

21 Apr 2012 I'm a runner and within 2 days of taking I had all my endurance and energy zapped. I was dizzy and it continued for months even after taking. I am now anemic and I feel all my problems started with this meds. I took it for 3 days and then a year later tried it again because my doc said it couldn't have been xyzal that caused my issues. Needless to say it did and I am still dealing with fatigue and anemia.

19 Jul 2011 I've been taking this for 4 days now and I am completely exhausted and worn out feeling. I've had a bad headache for 3 days and my hands and arms feel tingly. I feel like I could fall asleep at any moment. Also my eyesight, which wasn't great to begin with seems to be a little worse.

19 Jul 2011 I'm telling you that stuff is awful....I had pounding in my ears and my eyesight was effected also. I can tell you one thing it takes a long time to come back from the sideeffects too. Make sure you contact the company. I did and they refunded the price of the meds. Also, they need to know what that stuff is doing to people.
