27 Nov 2011 Very bad reaction. Within minutes of 1st dose had severe headache. This was followed by violent sickness. Rang emergency doctor. She took my BP as 181/121 & called an ambulance. I ended up in A& E until 3am until they could get it back down. I was very jerky & my body was not dealing with it at all. Now on Ramipril. After 2 weeks on 2.5mg and no change - still 161/100, I have just had dosage increased to 5mg. Am waiting to see if any results.

24 Jul 2010 Although this medication works well for my hypertension, it usually gives me shoulder pain and because of that, I can't lift my arm up. Also, I have leg pain sometimes and can't stnad up once I sit down. Stiff leg. I take it in combination with captopril

05 Jul 2010 Personally, I didn't feel any changes for the time I have been using this medication. All what I know is, combined with my diabetes medication, I lost a lot of weight, and I have generalized body weakness
