I had sever anaemia with shortage of red and white blood cells that caused me repeated infections, fatigue and lack of strength and sometimes anemia headache. I went to doctors and they prescribed all sort of vitamins (folic acid, iron, ...etc). I also used to take supplements on my own like centum and omega 3. I learnt that these vitamins have side effects on the liver for prolonged use. So after one or two years, with not that much improvement, I decided to stop all medication and vitamins and rely on natural remedies. We have a health shop in Egypt famous with its all natural health products and I started trying and using many things, until I found the best for my health: natural pure honey (sidr honey), black seed oil, and bee propolis. Bee propolis in particular had major effect on my health and well being. All anaemia signs disappered after my daily intake of the mix. It became part of my daily life habbit with 180 degree difference and health wellness. Honey and bee prodiucts are mentioned in the Qoran for their benefits, so is the black seed is mentioned in the Bible. Nothing as good as natural products.
