25 Jun 2017 I've tried Boswellia Serratta at the 65% level for 900mg. I don't do well with turmeric (stomach). however, I'm not sure I noticed a huge shift in general pain with this product after 1.5 weeks. I'm also finding my joints feel more achy and "swollen" and stiff throughout the day. I'm going to experiment for a few days without it to see if that symptom changes.
