21 Jun 2011 I felt Creatine was very good for muscle building, the use of it at nights with peanut butter allowed the slow absorption of my carbs and my protiens as i was in a catabolic state. Creatine really helped me in the gym too, and i felt it was natural as I am aware its made in our bodies as well. All in all, I haven't experienced any bad effects from it, I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

21 Jun 2011 creatine was a really good product to use while I was weight lifiting, it helped me out alot by giving me that extra muscle that I really wanted. the only problem was that it is just water weight so therefore you lose it all once you stop taking it
