16 Mar 2009 DHC works wonders!! Nothing like Codiene at all, so don't worry folks! Also* There is no ceiling effect like codeine! On the negative side, tolerance can build within days. If I were to make a comparison for those who haven't heard of Dihydrocodeine; I'd says it's the UK's version of our "Hydrocodone (Vicodin,etc)". The two are quite similar. Too bad it's not used in the U.S. (except in very, very few cough meds,etc I believe). All in all, DHC is probably up there w/ some of the best opiates available. 120 MG each, is most likely the way to go.
