Larry King

Lawrence Harvey Zeiger (1933-), or Larry King, American television and radio host. King has conducted of 40,000 interviews with newsmakers, and has been hosting the late night show Larry King Live since 1985.

King had a heart attack in 1987 and had to undergo a quintuple-bypass surgery. Kind was a long-time cigarette smoker, and after this event his doctors encouraged him to quit. Now, after 22 years of being smoke-free, King encourages people to limit their smoking to reduce the risk of heart disease.
