I have a couple of rare diseases. My physician and I have decided to try this medication to help control my symptoms. I have many overlapping conditions, which require a cocktail of medications to control.

Since starting Ivabradine have noticed extreme fatigue whilst doing work. ie decorating using upper limbs. Walking seems OK. Bright lights in some supermarkets can be very annoying.

Ivabradine causes strong thumping type pain in centre of chest with mild exertion, it only improves by resting.

On slight exertion I experience strong thumping chest pain in centre of chest, it gets worse if I don't rest.

Extremely happy with Procoralan (Ivabradine). Would like to be part of a USA trial since I have to get this from my European cardiologist as my USA cardiologist can only be "aware of" but not condone my use of non-approved FDA drugs that works elsewhere. Only USA options would be drastic practice of killing heart nerve bundles that could result in implantation of heart pace maker if ablation method goes wrong!
