24 Jul 2016 A true lifesaver if you care about your health. Since taking Amrit, I've not had a cold, no longer feel tired and I have an overall feeling of wellness I didn't have prior to taking it. It took about 2 weeks to "kick in", but it was a noticeable Improvement from where I was. I've been taking the Amrit nectar tablets and the ambrosia tablets for about a year and I can honestly say my overall health and well being has improved. I sleep better, feel better in general and don't worry about cold and flu season. You should take this formula (or both together) for at least three months (which means you must have three units of each formula--paste and pills) if you really want to experience the full cumulative effect, which is very subtle at first, and then more and more obvious. I order my amrit from an ayurvedic store in India, they offer free worldwide shipping and I receive my orders pretty quickly from all the way from India. 14 Jul 2014 I am 60 years old. I have been exposed to all of the risks of our modern society. The volume of pollutants is of course astronomical. I heard of Amrit in 1987 and the story that it is an ayurvedic formula that is hundreds, even thousands of years old and had a message to give it our when large numbers of people in the world could use it. I had started TM back in 1972 to help bust out of the feeling of living in a paper bag, trapped by the limits of mind and body, being below average in memory and having a sense of problems with brain function. What I am getting at is there are products like this natural formula, and old knowledge of how to find and prepare natural herbs and foods. Amrit, this small amount daily, somehow seems to help in the short and long haul. As my body has aged and declined, I still feel that Amrit helps give me inner depth, maintaining and expanding my soul awareness. I note that the nectar paste has a tremendously delicious taste. The taste buds tell me yes, yes. I know there is a sugar free formula but I highly recommend the 12 oz nectar jar to go along with the other half of the monthly supply - the ambrosia tablets. Also, do TM, it works. Some people meditate for years and then say it did nothing, but to me, that just shows the subtlty of getting enlightened. I started TM at age 18, have missed plenty of meditations, but I can say 100% that enlightenment is there to be had, and Maharishi said not long before passing from this world that it is almost without limit where we can go with this- To me, that is because as enlightenment gets deeper you realize that you are are real living soul, part of the eternity of God and nature, not your body, but living plugged into your body. Amrit helps with enlightenment, helps with transcending in your daily life. This is the merger of science and spirituality, true living religion

11 Oct 2012 untill now content with the results, less feelings of stress and more confident, i don't take it for a long time yet so have to wait if it will remain like this or if i will have side effects
