18 Jul 2016 Mianserin is great for anxiety, 10mg calms me, and gives me a great nights sleep..for depression 30mg one at night worked for me..only downside is feeling unsteady, but overtime this goes away..was on this drug for nearly 20 years, slowly tapered down to 5mg at night....would recommend this drug over ssri's for panic attacks...

08 Aug 2011 found mianserin very helpful for anxiety, feeling lightheaded and fatigued during the day is a problem with this drug .however i would feel like this with anxiety anyway..it definately helps with anxious stomach,and nausea,,

18 Jul 2011 tried a lot of drugs for my panic attacks,found mianserin to be the only one i could tolerate,side effects were mild,the main one was feeling tired,in the morning.mianserin took me out of a black hole i was in at the age of 35. my panic attacks went away i got my life back...just one 30mg tablet at night did it for me..
