14 Jun 2012 I HAVE BEEN COMING OFF PRISTIQ OVER THE LAST 4 WEEKS AND ALTHOUGH I FEEL GOOD I AM CRYING AT THE SMALLEST THINGS. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THE ITCHING THAT IS DRIVING ME UP THE WALL FOR THE LAST 1.5 WEEKS. IT IS ALL OVER MY BODY BUT MAINLY THE BACK OF MY NECK AND SHOULDERS AND THE TOPS OF MY EARS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING TELFAST 120MG AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING SO I AM USING MY DAUGHTERS ECZEMA OINTMENT INSTEAD.I HAVE BEEN ON 50MG PRISTIQ FOR 3.5 YEARS AND PRIOR TO THIS WAS ON 50MG ZOLOFT AND HAVE BEEN TAKING PRISTIQ EVERY SECOND DAY FOR THE PAST MONTH AND NOW I WILL TAKE IT EVERY 3RD DAY FOR A MONTH BUT THE ITCHING IS DRIVING ME INSANE. I HAVE HAD A BLOOD TEST TO CHECK MY LIVER FUNCTION AND I WILL GET THE RESULTS IN A FEW DAYS SO WE WILL SEE. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE BAD HEADACHES I SUFFERED HAVE SUBSIDED SINCE COMING OFF PRISTIQ AND MY VISION IS LESS BLURRY. YOU DON'T REALISE HOW MANY SIDE EFFECTS THERE ARE UNTIL THEY DISAPPEAR AND YOU NOTICE YOU DON'T HAVE THE PROBLEM ANYLONGER.

10 Apr 2012 I had been taking Prozac for a number of years and had started having a really foggy, "removed from body" feeling. I felt like I was not really participating in life but just watching it go by. I tried taking several different anti-depressants but had the same feeling. With Pristiq my mind seems clearer and I feel as if I have more energy. I have been satisfied.
