07 May 2010 I have been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (IC). The cause of this medical condition is unknown and there is no known cure. There is no one medication that works for all who are afflicted with this. After trying many other medications with no success my doctor prescribed Urised which is now off the market. A similar product was recommended to me, Prosed, which I have been taking for the past 3 years. It has been a miracle drug for me and I know it is also used to treat other patients with IC. The biggest problem is my insurance company does not want to cover it as it is quite expensive. This drug allows me to live a normal life. Cannot say enough wonderful things for it.
