In a study in California, researchers found that regular yogurt consumption reduced susceptibility to upper respiratory tract infections. Yogurt is also a great way to get calcium to prevent osteoporosis, has the potential to reduce risk of high blood pressure, assists in gastrointestinal functions, and curbs your appetite.
