25 Dec 2017 The Three-leaf Caper I use has an equal amount of Horsetail in it. I take supplements as needed, depending on what symptoms I am having, and occasionally I stop all supplements to see if supplements are the problem. I have not been able to determine if another supplement is causing urinary incontinence or frequency, but the Three-leaf caper & Horsetail product reduces the frequency dramatically and quickly. I also make sure I take thiamine or benfotiamine, since horsetail is an inhibitor of B1.

04 Apr 2013 I have had extreme difficulty with bowel movements. Not sure if Three-leaf caper has caused this.
