For economic reasons I did what others have done, I got the 100mg and cut them into 25 mg sizes. Viagra is a sexual performance enhancement medication. I experienced the flushing and stuffy head for a longer period of time because I have allergies and my head is moderately stffy most of the time. The side effects eventually went away within a few hours. If you have a moderately stuffy head to begin with you may experience ringing in the ears because Viagra. But Viagra is much more effective then other medications and the rigid erection that if provides withn 30 -45 minutes is worth the inconvenience of a stuffy head. I have tried other medications of this type and they are not as effective as Viagra.

In my late forties, during intercourse, I noticed my penis would lose some of its hardness.To keep it really hard and completely satisfy my wife, I would have to thrust faster, which would cause me to orgasm, ejaculate, and lose my erection - sometimes before my wife was ready.
