11 Nov 2017 I have recently been diagnosed with endometrial cancer. In total, over the last thirteen years, I have taken dosulepin for 6 years. The dryness in my mouth is now permanent, even after stopping the medication. My mouth is often sore, my tongue dries out at night and in the day I have to chew gum to keep the saliva flowing. I also have a continual production of mucus in my vocal cords. I have found that there is a known link between endometrial cancer and dosulepin. I wish I had known this years ago.
