22 Jul 2022 Have taken Prozac at different periods. Sometimes I would go off for a while... But have increased episodes of emotional issues (mainly uncontrolled crying) Have been continuously for app 5 years. Have gradually increased from 20 mg daily to 40 mg for around 2 yrs. to 40 mg which I have been in for around two years. Have been very stable with this dose.

29 Jun 2015 It helps at the begining, but afterwards you pay it back. Why do you pay it back? Because while you are on prozac, you don't care about your problems and it makes you unable to solve them, and grow as a person solving them. Also when I stopped it, I was fine for 2 months and then I felt worse than ever for 6/7 months. Nothing is free, and taking this drug is proven to work in the short term, but there are not studies that prove that it's good in the long term.
