16 Jan 2011 i got a small first degree burn from serving tables, sometimes the plates would be too hot and i would burn myself. my boss gave me a silvedene cream to put on if i got a burn from the plates, it did not drastically improve the burn.

12 Jan 2011 Your burn must be healed so that infection is no longer a problem. Gently wash the burned skin area daily to help remove dead skin. If your burn becomes infected or if your infection worsens, call your doctor.

08 Aug 2010 Silvadene works great to heal a burn and is highly recommended. One thing about the cream women should know is that if you are pregnant you should not use or touch the cream because it contains sulfa which may harm the fetus.

18 Dec 2009 I had a section of my arm with 2nd and 3rd degree burns and got blood poisoning from it. The burn healed quickly and is almost unnoticeable, considering how bad it could have been! I was very pleased with this product.
