I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. Upon return home a week later I had a CT of head w & w/o contrast no lesions seen. BP was within my normal range. Today I got up from my chair, fell, followed by a small seizure, BP was 171/104 P 108 sitting, no post seizure effects noted. BP after lying down was 121/98 p98 No history of high blood pressure. I am trying to determine if this combined with Revatio could be casing the seizures.
