28 Sep 2010 I have been suffering from PTSD since 9/11 and I have been through different trials with other meds and venlafaxine has been the only one that has stabilized my mood.

07 Nov 2009 When I forget to take it on time, I get little "electric" shocks, I used to get them when I was starting on the medication as well. I don't really feel like it's doing much for me (if anything at all), I have it paired up with mianserin hydrochloride (20 - 30+ mg / day in the evenings depending on how tired I am - how much rest I've been skipping on previous days) which seems great. I don't think they complete each other, or are working as any kind of combination. But so far I've not got the courage to stop using the venlafaxine, although I have taken the dosage down to 1/3 of what I was prescribed.

20 Mar 2009 This drug made me very very tired and then I would sleep for 24 hours at a time, then I started to have seizures.. so I came off it
