05 Feb 2014 It is having the adverse effect. having stopped venlefaxine after it was increased it was stopped abruptly too many side effects. the next one made me 100 times worse as i had seratonin syndrome the last one now is giving me insomnia but as I have been on it for only 4 days I will waite to see if it will work

21 Jan 2012 Was prescribed Trazodone for Insomnia. Took it a total of 3 times- was too strong. I took half of the prescribed dose, still made me sleep about 12 hours. Took half of a half the next time and STILL slept 12 hours. Cannot take it.

12 Jan 2012 I have been on Trazodone for nearly a year, for the treatment of depression, anxiety and associated sleep problems. It has helped me tremendously, although I still have residual symptoms of depression.I have little interest/motivation in doing anything,and my concentration is still very poor.

01 Jan 2015 recently prescribed by my doc for my problems re: Huntington totally agree with you has helped alot with the depression and anxiety also has not quite calmed my ocd but not so bad cant say much as my hunts has already started to affect my cognition but am much happier taking it the sleep thing dosen't seem to affect me but do have to admit to some priapism issues
