Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. First time i have tried mucinex, usually fight off broncititus atleast twice a year, yes each major weather change spring and fall. Usually takes me 3 weeks to finally get back in gear each time. Tried mucinex this time took the extended release type 600 twice a day, it worked BUT I do have a warning to pass along. I have been using Bentyl for years as a relief for my unexplained stomach pains. The doctors say it's for IBS although that's not what I have. It helps control my symptoms that before I was in and out of the hospital for, for years.

She classified me with excess pitta and suggested I start Bhumyamalaki nightly as well as a few other things.
